Insured Portal Available

A new Insured Portal is now available! This portal allows insureds to see payment information, make payments, view inspection related information reports, and view and print policy documents. To register for the Insured Portal, please go to https://insuredportal.rijra.com/register. An online access code is required to register. That code is located on the top right corner of your invoice or can be provided by your insurance agent or by RIJRA's Customer Service Department.

To Report a Claim

To report a new claim, please submit the "Report A Claim" form under the Quick Links below. To report a new claim by phone during regular business hours, please call 617-723-3800 or 1-800-851-8978 (USA). To report an emergency claim during non-business hours please call 1-800-297-3554 and follow the instructions.

Take appropriate steps to ensure your own safety.
Promptly report the loss to your producer or the MPIUA Directly! The sooner reported the sooner we can help you!
Protect your property from future loss. Do not make permanent repairs until adjuster has reviewed the damage.
Keep a record of temporary repair expenses.
Keep a record of all expenses incurred for living away from property.
Post loss: make sure a qualified contractor completes work up to code.
