In observance of the Patriots Day Holiday, the Association will be closed Monday, 4/20/2026 and will reopen Tuesday, 4/21/2026 at 8:00am. During this time, please utilize our online services to file claims, pay bills, and manage policies through the Producer and Insured Portals.

Insured Portal

A new Insured Portal is now available! This portal allows insureds to see payment information, make payments, view inspection related information reports, and view and print policy documents. To register for the Insured Portal, please go to https://insuredportal.rijra.com/register. An online access code is required to register. That code is located on the top right corner of your invoice or can be provided by your insurance agent or by RIJRA's Customer Service Department.
