A new Insured Portal is now available! This portal allows insureds to see payment information, make payments, view inspection related information reports, and view and print policy documents. To register for the Insured Portal, please go to https://insuredportal.rijra.com/register. An online access code is required to register. That code is located on the top right corner of your invoice or can be provided by your insurance agent or by RIJRA's Customer Service Department.
To report a new claim, please submit the "Report A Claim" form under the Quick Links below. To report a new claim by phone during regular business hours, please call 617-723-3800 or 1-800-392-6108 (RI) or 1-800-851-8978 (USA).
To report an emergency claim during non-business hours please call 1-800-297-3554 and follow the instructions.
RIJRA has partnered with LenderDock for policy verification and lienholder data management services. As a result, RIJRA will no longer accept calls from mortgage lenders. All policy verification tasks, including coverage details, validating lender names, addresses, and loan numbers, as well as updating loan numbers and loss payee information, must be handled through LenderDock.com.
