Insured Portal Available

A new Insured Portal is now available! This portal allows insureds to see payment information, make payments, view inspection related information reports, and view and print policy documents. To register for the Insured Portal, please go to https://insuredportal.rijra.com/register. An online access code is required to register. That code is located on the top right corner of your invoice or can be provided by your insurance agent or by RIJRA's Customer Service Department.

To Report a Claim

To report a new claim, please submit the "Report A Claim" form under the Quick Links below. To report a new claim by phone during regular business hours, please call 617-723-3800 or 1-800-851-8978 (USA). To report an emergency claim during non-business hours please call 1-800-297-3554 and follow the instructions.

Policy Listing Report

Rhode Island Joint Reinsurance Association is pleased to introduce the “Policy Listing Report”. Due to privacy concerns the Policy Listing Report is no longer accessed by selecting the “Reports” link on your agency homepage. Instead, agency principals may mail a request to the Rhode Island Joint Reinsurance Association, 2 Center Plaza, Boston, MA 02108-1904. Direct this request to the attention of the Underwriting Department. A real-time printable report of inforce policies that includes the Policy Number, Line of Business, Effective Date, Name of Insured and Location of Property will be generated and mailed to the requestor.
