**New Bill Payment Portal**

Effective January 20, 2026, the Rhode Island Joint Reinsurance Association (RIJRA) will launch a new bill payment portal in partnership with Invoice Cloud.

Accessible through the Insured Portal, the new payment system includes the following features:
• AutoPay: Policyholders can enroll in automatic payments to ensure premiums are paid on time and reduce missed or late payments.
• Paperless Billing: Clients may opt to receive bills electronically for faster delivery and a more environmentally friendly option.

Enrollment in AutoPay and Paperless Billing is available exclusively through the Insured Portal.If you or your clients have questions or need assistance, please contact MPIUA at 877-221-1782.

Office Closure Notice

In observance of the Martin Luther King Holiday, the Association will be closed Monday, 1/19/2026 and will reopen Tuesday, 1/20/2026 at 8:00am. During this time, please utilize our online services to file claims, pay bills, and manage policies through the Producer and Insured Portals.

Insured Portal

A new Insured Portal is now available! This portal allows insureds to see payment information, make payments, view inspection related information reports, and view and print policy documents. To register for the Insured Portal, please go to https://insuredportal.rijra.com/register. An online access code is required to register. That code is located on the top right corner of your invoice or can be provided by your insurance agent or by RIJRA's Customer Service Department.
